#Cannot Deny/Approve Ban Requests/Appeals
#Can vote for an Appeal to be accepted/denied.
#Cannot Lock/Deny/Approve Staff Complaints
#Can vote for Deny/Approve of Staff Complaints (unless it's against them)
#Cannot start events.
#Cannot punish other staff. If they broke a rule or abused, report them.

Admin
#Can Accept/Deny Ban Requests
#Can vote for an Appeal to be accepted/denied.
#Cannot Lock/Deny/Approve Staff Complaints
#Cannot start events without permission from higher authority.
#Cannot punish other staff. If they broke a rule or abused, report them.

Co-Owner/Head-Admin
#Can Accept/Deny Ban Requests
#Can Accept/Deny Ban Appeals
#Can Lock/Deny/Approve Staff Complaints (Unless its on them)
#Can punish other staff. (Demotion)
