Sorry, but you simply won't be able to deal with people at that age, especially people that will be older than you.

I think Trixie has a point with the age thing, and no offense, but when you talk on mic its barely distinguishable. In my opinion, I find using the mic easier to enforce rules and make people listen, but it might not be vital for mod.
However you can roleplay and have a good knowledge of the rules. It'll be interesting to see what other staff think of the age thing.
For now, its neutral though.
