+1 = You support this person into becoming a moderator.
Neutral = You can't decide weather to +1 or -1 them.
-1 = You don't support them into becoming a moderator.

Applying Requirements:
To apply for moderator, you must:
# Be at least 14 years old.
# Be known by several staff members.
#Been in the community for 1 weeks minimum / 12hrs Of Game Play (on server)
#No More than 5 Kicks/Bans.

Requirements may not count if we are in need of staff.
