Final moderator position

As TT has announced on Desmond's app



We only have 1 more position for a moderator on CLRP

I would like to suggest that we wait for at least 3 more applications to be submitted before we decide who gets that last mod position, this way we make it more fair and allow people who joined recently to get a chance to join the Staff team of CLRP.

of course we also can't wait forever, so, the moment another mod app pops up, we should wait about 3-4 days before we start voting/deciding, this isn't too much and will give other people enough time to create their own application

once we have about 3+ apps waiting to be reviewed, the CLRP community will decide which of those will be the best candidate for mod position.
